Shipping

  • Shipping is calculated by weight and destination

  • We currently ship within Australia

  • If you are outside Australia and interested in buying a Rough piece, please contact us at roughceramics@gmail.com.

  • If there’s an issue with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible on roughceramics@gmail.com

Returns and exchanges

  • Unfortunately we don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Pieces

  • Please notify us within 7 days of delivery if your piece arrives faulted, damaged, or is the incorrect item.

  • If stock availability allows, we will replace the piece.

  • If we are out of stock of your piece and unable to replace it, we will issue a full refund.

  • We may require that you send us a photo, or return the original piece.

  • We will cover the cost of return shipping if you need to return a piece.

  • We ask that incorrect pieces be returned in original condition and packaging.

  • Please contact us at roughceramics@gmail.com with your name and order number to notify us of a faulty or incorrect piece.

Satisfaction with your piece

We want you to thoroughly enjoy your Rough Ceramics piece. We do our utmost to make each piece with care and attention, and we’re constantly working to improve the quality of our products. We’re careful to package and ship your piece so that the right item arrives in perfect condition.

If you’re not happy with your piece, please let us know so we can have a conversation about it. We value your feedback, and the opportunity to improve our products and service.

Please be aware that as the pieces are handmade, there may be slight variation in colour, surface or size. As part of the making process, slight variations in colour might occur in subtle swirls across the surface of your piece. This isn’t a fault, but a result of the handmade process.
